New room equipped with all facilities. Electrics were advanced but easy to operate and understand. Same for bathroom. Liked the view, size and layout of the room, fast elevators. Big and modern Samsung TV. Really big Kingsize bed with comfortable mattress. Liked the chocolate bar with delicious croissants and excellent coffee to choose from. Graze restaurant located at tropical gardens was up to expectations. Appreciated the staff service and personal approach making us feel at home. Spacious lounge with live music. Parking available. Etc etc. We stayed in and recommend room # 1207.

Very friendly staff everywhere- from the security guards, to waiters, reception, cleaners. It was fantastic. The water pool with decorative fish and swans was a lovely place for breakfast. The pool is great and the pool bar is very nice, including Lakkshmita, the SunSet waiter was big fun and very professional. I am truly impressed by the services in the hotel. My room was fabulous with a great view. The bid was extremely comfortable and I liked the soft pillows which game me a great sleep.

The staff were very sweet and gave me a nice room which was quiet as i had a baby along. They also arranged a crib. The staff are also professional. Food (buffet) was good.

Breakfast was good. Visiting the Executive lounge was great. Staff (Nadeeja, Gayan, Sachith, Shaheed, Rimshad, Aloka, Wasath & Adeesha) in the lounge were very friendly and helpful.

Centrally located , close to the places of interest . The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming . The prices of food and drinks were just right , which made it worthwhile having drinks and food in the hotel. Great swimming pool and a fantastic spa , where the massage given in really heavenly ! Overall exceptional !

As a person who has traveled within Hilton and other brands, this very visit was incredibly memorable. The moment you step out of the airport, one of their representative is eagerly waiting to receive you with the brightest smile, once reaching the hotel, a quick check-in is done by the front desk team (huge shout-out to, Yashodha, Sadhun, Hemsha, Jerry, Zainab, Madhu, Jannath, my apologies for not remembering everyones name). The room is spacious, where ever I travel, Rooms are not the first priority however I would recommend for minor touches to make it “wow”. let’s get to Food & Beverages, oh my god! The food is delicious but my favorite thing was the service, I truly experienced the Sri Lankan Hospitality. The Team in LAB knew my preference and my regular drinks, they read myself so well that before I request they are on top of it, Thank you so much Lahiru, Tharindhu, Jude, Asela, you guys are not just stars, you guys are SUPER STARS, I will definitely return to have my regular. Yes, I can go on and on about how Grand my stay with Hilton Colombo was and is, I can’t thank each and every team member there enough for the amazing time, Thank you so much and my sincere apologies for not remembering any names but you all are there as well. see you all soon.

Best breakfast ever. Staff incredibly attentive and friendly. Beds are amazing. Location perfect to the old part and nice clustered restaurants. Customer care out of this world.

The restaurant was brilliant, and the general areas looked great. The staff were very friendly and attentive; getting things sorted, e.g. PCR and Taxis was very easy.
